• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SalesPopups for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Misuse or misrepresent data shown in notifications.
• Create fake or misleading social proof notifications.

5. Intellectual Property

• SalesPopups, its software, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use SalesPopups for your website.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

6. Customer Data

• You retain all rights to the data you provide.
• By using SalesPopups, you grant us a license to process data as needed to provide the service.
• We only collect and display anonymized purchase information for social proof notifications.

7. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay.
• Upon termination, your access will end and we may delete your data.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• SalesPopups is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your use of SalesPopups or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of SalesPopups after changes indicates acceptance.
